She also has a wide experience in privatization processes, having acted in 1999 in the restructuring of the Sistema Telebrás and in the assistance to consortia that won the bid to acquire control of fixed and mobile telephony operators.

She has wide experience in the negotiation of agreements and corporate disputes.

She has prepared legal opinions in matters of corporate law and the capital markets.

She has been actively participating in several cases of national and international arbitration, as arbitrator and as counsel.

She was a partner of Motta, Fernandes Rocha Advogados between 1990 and 2016.
