She works in corporate transactions and represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, especially in the areas of Corporate Law and Capital Markets, and also in mediation procedures.

She acts as arbitrator, in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, specially involving corporate disputes.

She was an associate and partner of Motta, Fernandes Rocha Advogados, between 2003 and 2016, when Cantidiano Advogados was founded.

She worked as an associate in the Capital Markets area of the Lisbon office of Uría Menendez (2006-2007).

She was a member of the team of pro bono lawyers, selected by the International Olympic Committee, who acted in sport arbitrations before the ad hoc division of CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) during the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games of 2016.

After being the Rio de Janeiro Coordinator of CBAr (Brazilian Arbitration Committee) since 2017, she was elected officer of CBAr in 2018, having been reelected in 2021 and in 2024.

Author of articles and chapters in collective works about Corporate Law, Capital Markets and Arbitration.
