She has extensive experience in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings, mainly focusing on contracts and corporate transactions, having advised clients from different market segments and sizes, including some of the largest companies in Brazil and foreign companies.

She has experience in participating in Due Diligence processes and preparing reports, with an understanding of the corporate transactions carried out.

She has worked as a lawyer in the dispute resolution practices at Lobo & Ibeas Advogados, Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho e Marrey Jr. Advogados and GT Lawyers, in the latter acting as a practice manager.
